We sent a report out previously for Easy Wins which are the customers you have that are already registered for online ordering, but not actively using the online portal. We received a good amount of feedback from this and helped us improve the functionality of the portal and helped us decide which areas need to be improved. Sue has previously sent out instructions on how to pull this report yourselves – but if you need a reminder, let us know.
depot'sIn January, we will be looking at doing one-to-one session with each depots online champion to assist further, then these kinds of meetings quarterly. Austin will be sending invites out in the next couple of days, so let us know if you need a specific time or date etc.
The main issue we are dealing with at the moment is the promotions bug. Customers are finding themselves stuck in a loop and not able to check out. If this is a restricted account, you need to go into GUI and untick the Allow Promotions box.
If they can’t have promotions then they need the ‘Allow Promotions’ box to be unticked in the accounts sales master file in gui, if that isn’t ticked then the promotions module won’t appear in the customer's account online.
If this is for a standard account, they need to come out of the page they are on, log out and back in, then go to the basket and click claim reward, this will then take them to claim the reward and proceed to checkout. If they click anything else, they will end up stuck back in the same loop.

the Will it count towards online percentage if a customer places an order online, and then calls depot to add items at a later date
This will count towards your offline ordering percentage unfortunately
Healy and Gray deal issues
This promotion is now order 11 bottles of the same varietal and get one of that same varietal for free, it is not a mixed case promo currently.

Abbey will start sending confirmation emails to advise they have been set up from 13/12/23
Saved baskets and favourites for child accounts
We thought this had been fixed but could be in the January release, will keep an eye on it
Remaining time to order a banner
Unfortunately, this cannot be removed for certain depots, it has to be all or non
Stock request form
Customers can find a form within the portal which gets sent to the depot to request the stock for their depot, we are looking at improving this in the next release
Online exclusives – will these be extended into Jan?
We don’t know yet, we need to see how well the uptake has been and work it out that way, it was more of a tool to help you get more customers online in the lead-up to Christmas.
